That’s our graduation song. I kid you not. And nobody remembers getting to vote on it! When they started playing it at practice today, I thought it was the Jeopardy theme song at first. Everyone was rolling their eyes, saying it was uber cheesy.
Finally got our yearbooks today! Let me say now, I hate people that sign yearbooks with stuff like, HAGS. For people I don’t like, I at least sign out, Have A Great Summer. And isn’t “a” not supposed to be capitalized in things like that?
Graduation practice was brutal. Standing out in the sun, and practicing walking, standing, and sitting. Fun. Plus I had stupid person I’ve known for years behind me, and he was being obnoxious. Then we also had Honor Guard practice at the warmest time of the day. Nearly burned the skin of the back of my legs when I backed into my chair. Felt sorry for the guys that have to set up the stage on the lawn. Oh excuse me, the “Field of Dreams”.
Tomorrow is it. Yikes. So many of my friends I won’t get to see nearly every day, maybe not ever again. Tried to get screen names from as many as possible so I can still keep in touch with them.
Nothing from Mod yet. I had to modify something the day after I submitted, so it might take an extra day.
We’re leaving on vacation Sunday, and my grandma is coming Friday for graduation. I probably won’t be able to get online at home until next Mondayish. If I have to, I’ll reply to comments on Mod from the laptop we’re bringing.
Maybe I’ll get some Cold Comforts sequel, or other story writing done while I’m gone. I seem to have better motivation when I’m gone lately. Wrote a good part of the story over spring break.
HAGS! *gags*

6 more days. Yikes. I wanna get out of the school I’m at, but I don’t want to go to. This means the somewhat end of the Fab 4. Me and my bestie are going to the same school, and the other two are going to two other schools. And our other close friend was at midget school this year, but she’ll be with M next year. *sniff*
I’ve been writing again lately. Got an idea for a book in my head, and I’ve been working on it. Slow going though, since it’s mainly in emails so far.

Got a delicious plate of nachos on my lap, calling my name.
I’m alive! I kept meaning to update, and then I never did. Shame on me I know. On to the usual whining:
-Point 1:Finishing up career project. Got to wander around grocery store with a notepad today, and write down prices like an idiot. Now everything I plan to do in the future seems more realistic, like it is going to happen, than it used to. But I’ll be glad once this thing is gone for good. Let’s hope I don’t have to do a presentation. *hyperventilates*
-Point 2: I finished Cold Comforts! Don’t know if I said that yet, but anyways, I did. Writing is done! Unless I want/need to add a scene or two. And I started writing up the sequel, plus took first 2 pictures! Hope to get out first chapter in a month and 1/2- 2 months.
-Point 3: I’ve been building some university lots in hope of getting them put on Mod eventually. Feeling kind of annoyed, and uninspired with those at the moment. So much work, and effort. Plus I’m getting brain farts, and I want to devote my time to more important things like Cold Comforts.
-Point 4: Finally got my hair cut.
-Point 5: Dreading tonight, cuz I know I won’t be able to sleep. Sunday nights always get me for some reason. I just feel like I’m not tired, and stay up like an hour or so later than I should. Plus I have more testing tomorrow, and I want to get a good night’s rest, even though I don’t test until like 12:30.
-Point 6: My Mother’s Day? Don’t ask.
Me again. Not that anyone reads this. But I like babbling to nothing. As you’ve probably guessed by now I like talking. And this is a way to see a said of me my posts at the Hangout might now show.
So back to what I intended to blog. Content complaints.
I really don’t know where to go from here with my uploads. Still *of course* waiting for Mod’s response, but it has only been 24ish hours. 2-3 days to go. I have another wallpaper set waiting, but I don’t want to sumit it until I get a response about the first set. If they don’t like me once, why should I bother again? I might make more wallpaper sets, but I really don’t feel like it now. I want to be known on Mod, maybe even just so I can have a journal, but I’m not sure what path to go on. Walls and floors don’t provide much inspiration.
I don’t have much faith in my skinning talents. But based on some of the things on Mod, I might still be able to get in. Might play around with some recolors and photoskinnings later, maybe even *faint* try something from scratch. My dad seems interested in skinning some things, might let him have a try at that. Not that I’m going to take credit for it on Mod if it’s good or anything.
I’ve always liked building houses in game. When Sims Connection had a want ad up, I was considering sending in some of my lots, but then never got around to it. Maybe that’s where I’m going to find my success.
Just made my first submittion to Mod! *le gasp* I played around with Bodyshop last night, and everything I tried was looking like utter crapola, so I decided to load HomeWhatever instead. Haven’t played with that in ages. I got inspired by all my pretty new CS2 brushes, and made 2 wallpaper sets, each with 5-6 papers to them. Plus another random paper.
If my first set gets accepted, I’ll upload the other one, and make some more.
Now I just have to wait 72-96 hours for notice. *le sigh* Will upload pictures tomorrow.
